Adolph Bandelier

Bandelier nació en Berna. Su educación inicial fue muy poca ya que nunca fue a la escuela sino hasta que tenía ocho años. Como joven emigró a los Estados Unidos, trabajando en el negocio de la familia. Bajo el apoyo y supervisión del arqueólogo Lewis Henry Morgan se enfoca en lo académico, más particularmente de la arqueología y la etnología.
